Our story
Go Vietnamese was established to help you have fun and rewarding conversations with locals. We measure our success by your happiness. For us, every student becomes a friend.
Go Vietnamese was founded by a freelance Vietnamese teacher. She was working in the hospitality and service industry for years. During that time, she also worked as a Vietnamese teacher because teaching has been her dream job since she was little.
Our method
With Go Vietnamese, you’ll focus on pronunciation to ensure reliable and natural communication. You won’t get bogged down in complicated grammar or long lists of pointless vocabulary, as with traditional methods. Instead, you’ll focus on the actual language of daily life while also developing your understanding of Vietnamese culture.
As a beginner, you’ll begin speaking from the first lesson. As you progress, with a basic foundation of the language in place, reading and writing will be introduced. However, the curriculum is highly customizable based on your personal requirements.
We interact almost exclusively in Vietnamese from the start and teach in a natural way, through pictures, storytelling and engaging activities. All our lessons are designed to be fun and practical.

Founder’s Notes
Go Vietnamese was established by Thuy Nguyen since 2019. She was working in the hospitality and service industry for years. During that time, she completed a teaching training course and worked as a Vietnamese teacher because teaching has been her dream job since she was little.
Her students are like friends and have inspired her a lot since the beginning. The more she teaches, the more she loves her job.
Thuy would love to create a community through which she can share not only the Vietnamese language but also the local culture. A community where students can find friends and support and enjoy life in Vietnam.
